The owners and management company keep this villa in superb condition, comfortably furnished and accessorised with quality items and with more electrical gadgets/tech than a Curry’s/PC World store! There are so many towels and daily consumables included at this villa which makes for such an easy stay. The appliances are also top quality which also makes the boring but essential stuff easy to deal with.
The villa’s location is perfect for all the attractions, places to visit and to use either Orlando, Sanford or Tampa airports – we flew in and out of Tampa this time and it is only one hour away from the car hire at the airport to the house.

“We will 100% book with Formosa Gardens Villas again, in fact we're trying to secure a booking for six months' time just after returning after a fantastic stay! Carol was so helpful and polite and responded really quickly, even with all my many questions.
This was our first time booking with FG Villas and our first time staying in Formosa Gardens Estates, but from now on we won't stay anywhere else. We've been to Orlando 8 times and stayed in villas nearly every visit but this was by far the best villa and area we've stayed in.
The villa and pool area was immaculate with so many nice touches including USB sockets in early every room; this was brilliant for us as we have numerous devices and next time we won't need to bring lots of chargers and adaptors. The pool area was beautiful and so clean, the guys who clean the pool came a few times whilst we were there and did a brilliant job of cleaning the pool and all the decking area. The villa had tons of towels for the beach/pool and the kitchen had every tool and utensil you could possibly need - better equipped than mine at home! Every area and little nook and cranny was so clean, even areas where dust might accumulate was spotless; the cleaners obviously do an amazing job.
The management company were also brilliant. We contacted them regarding a small problem with the iron and they responded immediately even sending a brand new iron to the villa the next day. They were polite and the best management company I've dealt with as a visitor.
Hopefully we'll be back very soon before anyone else snaps it up....simply wonderful!”

“Precious time away with the family is all about “Making Memories” for us and to say we are picky and over plan is an understatement. Carol’s knowledge of the whole area and pre-holiday paperwork is so professional, thoughtful and informative which gives you confidence you are in safe hands.
This is our second visit to Formosa, 5 years on from the first. The villa is the perfect place to call home whilst we made the most of World’s best playground beyond the walled, gated, safe Formosa Gardens Villa area.
Our villa was so well stocked with home comforts in every room making the stay so relaxing. The decor and quality of the villa is second to none and like most pictures, they really don’t do the villa justice.
As a bonus the technology and super fast wifi at this house made the stay even easier, enabling weather, attraction, theme park, restaurant research a breeze.
Outside of the villa, garden and pool is beautifully maintained like the interior with comfortable chairs, tables and loungers lined with palm trees, mature shrubs and manicured hedges.
The spa helped finish off our perfect days and if that was not enough we played some pool and table football in the air-conditioned games room whilst listening to some music.
We cannot recommend Formosa Garden Villas highly enough. The perfect holiday with those little quality home comfort touches throughout that differentiate Formosa from the rest.”
